Stacked Express is a fast-casual version of Pancake Pantry in the Cool Springs Mall in Franklin, TN. Stacked Express opened in July of 2024 as a 2-year trial run on this fast-casual concept. We have taken some of the favorite Pancake Pantry recipes with a twist and added some new options that work well with a faster concept.
