Built on the IRG Legacy Leadership Institute™ — IRG's proprietary curriculum spanning ten pillars and four certification levels. Participants are placed on Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 based on their target role.
A 12-week paid internship for college students built on the IRG Legacy Leadership Institute™ Level 1 curriculum. Interns work real shifts in a chosen track, attend three monthly leadership development sessions, and complete a Leadership Impact Capstone project. Strong performers convert directly to the NextGen Leaders Program upon graduation — no re-application required.
