Lead multi-unit performance across our Tennessee portfolio, with direct oversight of general managers at three restaurants. You'll own P&L results, guest experience standards, and the development of the next generation of IRG leaders. This role reports to the VP of Operations and requires regular travel between Nashville and Gatlinburg.
