Founded in 1989 by Glenn C. Gerken, Ramshackle Cafe has been a beloved local spot in Leesburg, Florida for over three decades. Known for its casual, welcoming vibe and classic American fare, the cafe quickly became a staple in the community, drawing a loyal customer base—many of whom dine there three to four times a week.
Gerken owned and operated the cafe with dedication until Iconic Restaurant Group acquired it in 2023. Under the new ownership, Ramshackle Cafe continues to honor its roots while looking toward the future, maintaining its charm and commitment to quality that long-time patrons have always appreciated.
